Our purpose is rooted in our founder's experience supporting his mother, Marion, as she navigates progressive rheumatoid arthritis. Her experience helped shape our commitment to thoughtful design that supports everyday life. Named in her honor, The Marion is our flagship ADU model, featuring thoughtful layouts, open living spaces, and connections to the outdoors.

Our growing ADU Collections offer pre-designed plans in a range of sizes, layouts, and configurations to support different households and living arrangements. We help homeowners explore their options and determine how a plan can work with their property, priorities, and long-term needs.
