The standard configuration provides 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, including a private main-floor bedroom suitable for guests or multi-generational living. An alternate layout offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a study/loft, while retaining the main-floor bedroom.

A central focus of this design is its wildfire-resistant and seismic-resilient construction, incorporating assemblies that reduce ignition risk and improve overall building performance. Key features include ignition-resistant exterior materials, Class A roofing, ember-resistant vents, protected soffits, minimized horizontal ledges, and tempered glazing at vulnerable exposures. The structure is engineered with a continuous load path, enhanced lateral systems, and modern hold-down hardware to meet California’s seismic standards. Mechanical and electrical systems emphasize indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and long-term maintainability.
