Los Angeles City Planning public counters at the City’s Development Services Centers will be closed on Monday, February 9 and Friday, March 27 due to budget-required furloughs. Public counters for Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and Los Angeles Housing Department will remain open on both dates.

City Planning’s in-person and virtual services will resume on Tuesday, February 10 and Tuesday, March 31. Please plan your visits and appointments accordingly.

Many City Planning services remain available online through City Planning's Online Application Portal. Appointments for in-person services during normal operating hours can be scheduled through BuildLA.
