How do I get a refund if I already paid my fees?

• Submit one completed claim for refund form per permit, along with supporting documents via mail to the Office of the City Clerk:

• You may also submit your claim for refund form in person at any Department of Building & Safety cashier counter. The cashier will then forward the claim to the City Clerk's Office for processing. Please note that one refund application is needed for each permit in which a refund is requested.
