Please be advised that the Los Angeles Unified School District will implement new Level 1 developer fee rates starting August 11, 2026. These adjustments follow the biennial inflation increases authorized by the State Allocation Board. All development projects within district boundaries subject to these fees will be calculated under the new rate structure on or after this date.
