What general development standards from LAMC Section 12.22 A.33(c) apply to Movable Tiny Houses (MTHs)?
LAMC 12.22 A.33(b)(3) states that a MTH shall be approved if in compliance with all of the provisions in Paragraph (c), except for those provisions that apply solely to buildings and structures (as well as all of the provisions in Paragraph (f)).
How do I obtain an application form for equipment (or conductor) approval by LADBS-ETL?
There is one application form that is used for each type of submittal (New, Renewal, Technical and Clerical Modifications, for Laboratory, General, and One-time Approvals). You can obtain this form as follows:

What information sources will the City use to determine what existed on my lot before the fire? What if there is different information in my old building permits compared to other sources such as the County Assessor?
Acceptable records shall include building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, County Assessor, and Coastal Commission. On a case by case basis, the Department may consider other photographic sources such as Google Maps and LiDAR.
