Permits for modest projects like multi-floor tenant improvements, medium-sized home additions and others that require a plan check.

Additional Information

Permits can be issued over the counter through an Expanded Counter Plan Check (ECPC) process. Plans are assigned within a few days of submittal.

Expanded Counter Plan Check is available at our Metro (Downtown), Van Nuys, West LA, South LA and San Pedro offices.

Residential Projects.

  • Medium-size home addition

Commercial Projects.

  • Multi-Floor tenant improvement with no change in use
