Once you have your plans ready for submittal, you can submit them through our Eplan portal using the address '1 Standard Plan Way'.

To open a new public record request, please contact the LADBS Custodian of Records via email at
ladbs.custodianofrecords@lacity.org.  In the subject line, please indicate that it is a Public Records Act Request. 

If your property is part of a Homeowners Association (HOA), your property may be subject to Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)—private agreements that may impose development standards or conditions different from those in the current Los Angeles Zoning Code.

The County Assessor’s Office can provide the original Building Permit number. Building and Safety may be able to look it up by the permit number.
